The vertical acetylene piston compressor produced by our company is a vertical, double row, three-stage differential piston water-cooled structure. driven by explosion-proof motor, through gear reducer, and then directly driven by cross coupling. The axis of each stage cylinder is arranged vertically.

In order to prevent the risk from air entering the suction port during the operation of compressor, the positive pressure protection (lower limit control) must be provided, hereby the suction pressure monitoring protection device is installed in the suction pipe of the compressor, the operation of the compressor will be shut down as soon as the suction pressure is lowered to 196pa (20mmH20) or lower than the set pressure. In order to prevent the compressor from the overpressure, the exhaust pressure monitoring pressure device (upper limit control) is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor, the operation of the compressor will be shut down as soon as the exhaust pressure rises to 2.5Mpa or exceeds the set pressure.
